President Santos suspended peace talks with the the FARC over the kidnapping of an army general. But it's more likely he lost his patience: first, with the FARC's bombing of oil infrastructure; and second, with his failure to return from his trip to Europe with any real money to fund post-conflict infrastructure projects. ![]()
